Data DeletionRequest

Trimma respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from Trimma, including data associated with accounts created or linked through social login providers such as Facebook and Google.

Overview

If you have used Trimma — including signing in with Facebook or Google — you may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. We will process valid requests in line with applicable data-protection laws.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion using either of the methods below:

Method 1 — Email request (recommended)

  1. Send an email to support@trimma.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address (and phone number, if any) associated with your Trimma account so we can verify your identity.
  3. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within the timeframe noted below.

Method 2 — From your account

  1. Sign in to your Trimma account.
  2. Go to your Profile settings.
  3. Request account deletion, or contact support from within your account.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon a verified request, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Profile information and social login connection data.
  • Saved salons, styles, and preferences.
  • Reviews and communications linked to your account.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, transaction and payment records needed for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. Such records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used to re-identify you for marketing.

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. If we need more time or further verification, we will let you know.
