Downfall of Arpico Super Center Mark my word. Arpico super centers are gonna run out of business very soon. Arpico is one of the 3 largest retailers in Sri Lanka. It was used to give the competitive prices and good quality items. But now those are the main 2 points that will guide them to lose the business. I observed few supercenters from Negombo to Wattala recently. The new staff is useless, they know nothing about customer service, they talk gossips, use phones while working, no customer support. (Read the review of seeduwa super center for last 2 years) They made you so mad. Cashiers are talking gossips while we are waiting for the line. Prices are so high compared to the other stores and the items are so low quality. We buy some items from wattala super center and walked to the damro just next that and so even damro has good quality items for a reasonable price. So the Arpico super centers are loosing business mainly coz of bad service from the staff and sky rocket prices. After experienceing the same issues from several stores, we decided not to visit any Arpico super centers in the future

I was in a hurry to buy a bed and matterss snd dropped in here. Met a salesperson named Susantha. He was always ready to accomodate my requirement and was able to make the delivery to my place within 3 hours at a time where all if the other top notch furniture companies were asking for 7 days to deliver the items already in store. Great work guys and keep it up.

Good service and a nice shopping experience. Prices are a bit high compared to other supermarkets, which might be tough for a middle-class family. However, their fried chicken is really tasty and worth trying.
