wonderful job of my hair lovely and superb job A service that satisfies the soul. Your employees are truly wonderful. Thank you so much for your service

I’m not quite sure if the staff are professionally trained. I booked and went for a clean up and to do my eyebrows. Before beginning itself I told that my skin is very sensitive and poking too much to clean the black heads will leave scars and marks. They ignored and went ahead with doing the exact same thing I told not to. When I said no while doing it, the lady who did it kept on telling it’s only a bit. It’s been a week since I did it and I still have the scar marks on my nose. I’m disappointed that they ignored when I told about my skin and did the same mistake with my eyebrows as well. One side of the brows are a bit longer for me so I told them to start with that but they again ignored and shortened the brows. Also, I asked to keep it thick but they took out more than the usual. I really hope they start listening to what their clients want and serve them accordingly. I now have to see a dermatologist for these scar marks on my nose.
