I recently had the chance to stay at this hotel, and overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which makes it a very good place for anyone looking to take a break from a busy routine. If you want to spend quality time with your loved ones, this is definitely a comfortable place to consider. The peaceful surroundings make it easy to relax, unwind, and enjoy the stay without unnecessary noise or disturbance. One of the first things I noticed was how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. The room was neat, fresh, and organized, which immediately created a comfortable feeling. Cleanliness is always one of the most important things during a hotel stay, and this place did a very good job in that area. The quiet environment also added to the comfort of the room, making it easy to rest properly, whether during the day or at night. The food was another highlight of the experience. I especially enjoyed the à la carte menu. The dishes were delicious, well-prepared, and served in good portions. It is always satisfying when the quantity matches the quality, and here both were very good. The taste of the food was impressive, and each meal felt carefully prepared. It is clear that attention is given not only to presentation but also to flavor, which made dining at the hotel enjoyable throughout the stay. The buffet was also good overall. There was a nice selection of food, and the quality was enjoyable. However, I feel there is still a little room for improvement when it comes to the variety of dishes available. Adding a few more options or changing the spread a bit more could make the buffet experience even better and more exciting, especially for guests staying longer. Another positive part of the stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. Good service always makes a big difference, and the staff here contributed positively to the overall experience. They were approachable and made guests feel comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers a very nice balance of comfort, good food, peaceful surroundings, and friendly service. It is a great place to relax and spend quality time with loved ones. With just a little improvement in buffet variety, the experience could become even better. I would gladly consider visiting again

The staff service at this hotel was truly exceptional and made our stay more pleasant. Location is beautiful. But unfortunately, Wi-Fi didn’t work. Quality of the food also did not meet our expectations. Additionally, the room felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning optimally. The pool had an excessive amount of chlorine. While the staff were wonderful, these issues detracted from the overall experience.

It is good that they provide a packed breakfast for safari tours as one will miss the breakfast at the hotel. Only comment was we left ours to collect once we returned at 10am and the boxes had been left in reception since 5am...chicken mayo and tuna mayo sandwiches...5 hours out of a fridge....I don't think so...box included a boiled egg and a sausage (also a pass). Rooms okay but no lift and I've a bad knee at the moment so the suitcases were a challenge. Called for assistance but ended up taking them ourselves to be conveniently met closer to reception for someone to take the final few steps and the glory.

It was a great stay at this lovely and relaxing place. The staff were very helpful and hospitable throughout our visit. A special thanks to Dananji for the warm welcome and detailed assistance upon our arrival. We would also like to appreciate Rohan Chaminda from Housekeeping for his friendly and helpful support during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! This was actually my third visit, and this time I stayed with my family for two days once again, it did not disappoint. The overall experience was excellent, and everything was well taken care of. A special mention goes to Lakmal and Uditha at the restaurant. Their service was truly outstanding always warm, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests really stood out and made our dining experience even more memorable. The management should be very proud to have team members like them they are a real asset to the hotel and a great example of exceptional hospitality. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!
