Lush Skin Clinic

I recently visited Lush Skin Clinic for a Facial and the clinic itself was very clean and had a calm, had a very relaxing environment. The staff were polite and also professional throughout the appointment. The treatment was carried out by Ms.Chathuri, her work is excellent where it led my skin to improve alot. The facial she provided was very refreshing, and my skin felt noticeably smoother and more hydrated afterwards. It was a pleasant experience and I was happy with how my skin looked after the facial. I would definitely reccomend to experience lush skin clinic to everyone. 🙏🏻💗

Absolutely terrible experience at Lush Skin Clinic today. I had a confirmed appointment but was kept waiting for **three hours** before being taken in, with zero communication or apologies from the staff. To make matters worse, they are completely dishonest about their pricing. They never disclosed the charges upfront, and at the end of the treatment, slapped me with a massive, unexpected bill. When you are paying that much, you expect at least basic courtesy—but the entire staff, from the nurses to the front desk, were rude and impolite. I even asked for a simple glass of water while waiting for hours and was completely ignored. Total "cha max" experience. Save your money, your time, and your dignity, and go somewhere that actually respects its clients. Disgusting management.

I do not recommend Lush Skin Clinics based on my recent experience. I had a hydra facial there and afterward developed a severe allergic reaction including itching, hives and swelling under my eyes. I am still taking Allegra to manage the symptoms. When I reported this to the clinic, they stated that the reaction was not related to the facial. However, I had no prior skin issues before the treatment so this was concerning. I would strongly suggest that the clinic consider having qualified medical professional to perform the hydra facial or at minimum conduct proper patch tests beforehand to check for possible allergic reactions to the products used. Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution when considering a hydra facial at this clinic.

Very disappointing experience at Lush Skin Clinic, unfortunately appears to have gone downhill :( : ( My initial consultation at Colombo 5 (Rs 4,300) was 40 minutes late and rushed, with no proper medical history taken, no meaningful examination or diagnosis, and the prescription later had to be corrected. When booking procedures, the process was unnecessarily complicated. The call-centre staff member Kaushalya was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional...... I specifically asked for a breakdown of charges in advance and was refused. I was told the total would be around Rs 30,000 and that charges would be confirmed beforehand at the clinic. On the day, only the clinic charge (Rs 15,000) was confirmed, because I insisted, yet I was overcharged even beyond this agreed amount, despite the work carried out not exceeding what was discussed. After very brief laser procedures (around 10 minutes in total), I was presented afterwards with multiple invoices, taking the total to over Rs 37,000. This included an ad-hoc Rs 10,000 invoice for “professional charge” and “consumables”, even though these had already been included or charged elsewhere, resulting in duplicate and non-transparent billing. The Rs 37,000 was for treatment of a small (~2 cm) scar and laser treatment for two toenails, which felt disproportionate, especially as Lush has treated these issues twice before with limited success, and I was still asked to rebook in 2–4 weeks at similar charges ( @ further Rs 37k). There is no direct way to contact the clinic or doctor; calls go only through the call centre. The Narahenpita receptionist was polite and helpful, which I appreciate. Overall: non-transparent pricing, post-procedure add-on charges, poor communication, and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this clinic and will be reporting this matter to the Consumer Affairs Authority.
