Had a wonderful spa experience today. The massage was very relaxing and professional. The therapist gave excellent service and made me feel completely comfortable. Really liked it. Highly recommended! 🌿✨
Therapist Mam Dhanu, Thank you
I booked this place based on high ratings, but the reality was extremely disappointing.
The booking response was quick, but everything else fell far below acceptable standards. The consultant spent time explaining the treatment, yet I was not even sure if she was a qualified Ayurveda doctor.
The facility is inside a shopping mall, with no washroom in the salon. Treatment rooms are only separated by curtains, so noise including consultation voice and lack of privacy were constant. The air conditioner was blasting at 17°C directly above the bed, making the session cold and uncomfortable so I asked the therapist to turn it off . Even worse, the curtain gap exposed the waiting area where male clients were walking in and out while I was undressed. Staff showed no concern until I insisted.
The therapist’s technique was far below professional standard. Cold oil was used at the beginning which she should have waited for making the oil warm , my feet were left uncovered, and my repeated requests about feeling cold were dismissed with offensive comments.
The therapist said that unbelievable that you still felt cold while I was seating .Pressure points were completely missed, stroke was too fast , less oil to scratch my skin a lot with a lot of pain so it was far away from relaxing.
Fast stroke might have stimulated circulation but for my case , I needed to calm down.
So obviously the consultation was kind of wasting of time …
The head massage was unbearable. When I asked for another therapist, a male therapist entered without a word and touched my face which I did not expect . I had sensitive skin so I needed to be asked before touching face .
Anyway again the technique was wrong.
I could sense with first few touching whether that was correct or not .
At the end, I was abruptly told my 90 minutes were over and asked to leave immediately — no courtesy, no hospitality. No apology at all for all my unpleasant experience.
I have received Ayurveda treatments manly in Srilanka , India and worldwide for over 10 years, and this was by far the worst. The environment was unsafe, the skills were poor, and the attitude was unprofessional.
For comparison, I visited Spa Ceylon right after this place , and the difference was night and day: correct pressure, proper technique, and genuine care. I was very happy to give tips to that therapist .
This salon is nowhere near the standard expected.
I urge reviewers to be sincere and honest. This place is far below the level expected of an Ayurveda treatment center.

I had a really great experience at this spa. The place is clean, relaxing, and very well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for unwinding.
A special mention to my therapist, Deepeka—she is highly experienced and truly knows what she is doing. Her technique was excellent, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed after the treatment.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for quality service and professional care. I will surely visit again!

Misunderstanding! It is not a spa, where you could relax. Just a place to have a massage during shopping maybe. No intimacy, small cabins, where you can hear everything, for example a terrible plastic shower. I asked for shirodara and full body massage. We were 3 people: me, my friend and her husband. I was very surprised to see that it was a man who was supposed to take care of me, while my colleague was accompanied by a lady. I have visited quite many auyurveda places, and was always told they try to keep the rule that you as a woman get a female therapist. It was however not a problem comparing with the treatment itself. It was not a shirodara, I think a friend of mine could pour me the oil on the head and I would not see the difference. At the beginning I didn't even get a protection for eyes and ears. It was me who asked for it. It was quite cold in the cabine, but the only cover I got was a towel. After around 15 mins the oil was completely cold. When I made a remarquablement the therapist said, it's normal, because it is the end... it didn't even take 20 min, described for 30 minutes. I gave up, didn't risk to have a massage. The worst money spent during my stay in SriLanka. Aaa, there is no toilet in the spa! You need to walk to the public one in the shopping mall.
