I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience so that other couples know what to expect. We chose Roy Krish Beauty & Bridal House because we wanted my wife’s wedding day to be special and stress-free. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments of our wedding preparations. From the beginning, there was very poor communication and almost no organisation. We expected a professional bridal service where appointments, beauty treatments, and wedding-day preparations would be planned well in advance. Instead, everything was left until the last minute. One of the most disappointing moments was being told just the day before the wedding that my wife needed to go and get her nails done herself. Every bride deserves to spend the day before her wedding relaxing with her family and preparing mentally for the big day—not running around trying to arrange things that should have already been organised. We also expected proper guidance and support with bridal preparations such as facials, clean-ups, skincare, and other important treatments. None of these were properly arranged or communicated. We paid for a complete bridal service, but it felt like the only thing provided was the makeup and dressing on the wedding day. The lack of planning created unnecessary stress for both of us during what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. We trusted them completely, paid the agreed amount, and expected a professional service in return. Sadly, we felt ignored for most of the process, and only received attention at the very last moment. A wedding happens only once in a lifetime. Brides place enormous trust in their bridal team, and that trust should never be taken lightly. Professionalism, communication, organisation, and genuine care are just as important as makeup and hairstyling. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Roy Krish Beauty & Bridal House. We hope they improve their customer service, communication, and overall organisation so that future brides do not have to go through the stress and disappointment that we experienced.😡

My experience at “Roy Krish Beauty and Bridal House” was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. Friendly and reasonably priced.
