Spa Ceylon Bambalapitiya Boutique & Spa

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Ceylon Bambalapitiya Branch. Neha provided me with exceptional support throughout my visit. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She patiently answered all my questions and had excellent knowledge about the products and ingredients. She clearly understood my needs and guided me to choose the right products with great confidence and experience. I was truly impressed by the quality of customer service I received. The service was fast, professional, and of a very high standard. All the other staff members were also very friendly, and the store was beautifully organized, clean, and had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Spa Ceylon Bambalapitiya Branch to everyone. Thank you, Neha, and the entire team, for providing such an amazing customer experience.

Spa Ceylon in Bambalapitiya, like their other locations, is total eye candy and definitely an experience just to walk into. They have high-quality products that are mostly locally made, and it is easily one of the best places for gifting options. The staff here is super friendly if you need help finding something, just have a chat with them. Most of the staff are fluent in both English and Sinhala, which is great, and I’ve seen many foreigners visiting this location as well. The prices are reasonable for the quality you get, and they even offer payment options like Koko, which makes shopping even more convenient.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The treatment left me feeling incredibly relaxed. My best advice is to approach the spa without any preconceived notions about what to expect. However, I would highly recommend asking for fresh-smelling towels.

One of the worst booking systems I’ve encountered. I only book massages with Lakshitha at Spa Ceylon Bambalapitiya because he’s the only therapist whose treatment consistently works for me. I visit twice a month and make this request very clear every time I book. Despite receiving multiple confirmations over the phone, I have arrived on four separate occasions to find that Lakshitha has been assigned to another client. Each time, I am told that the request was not properly noted by the hotline team and am then encouraged to proceed with a different therapist instead. A one-time mistake is understandable. Four times points to a recurring issue with the booking process and internal communication. As a regular customer, this is extremely frustrating. I book specifically for Lakshitha, and on the one occasion I accepted an alternative therapist, the experience was unfortunately nowhere near the standard I expected. If a request cannot be accommodated, I would appreciate being informed before I arrive rather than after. Very disappointing.

I always go for my full body massage with Sunny, It is a always so pleasent and done with such care, consideration and respect of your privacy,. The atmosphere the ambiance the quiet is so relaxing and add Sunny to the mix....its beyond excellent. Even the shop floor, the staff are attentive, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the products, credit to the Manager, i am not at all suprised that its a pleasent experince because the managet her self is such a delightful lady. I have no hesitation in recommending Spa Ceylon Bambalapitiya to anyone.
