Tea Cottage Resort

The main issue here was the beauty of the location, it is truly isolated in the most amazing valley where you can see waterfalls and amazing foliage. We chose to go on a Tuk Tuk trip to the Pasbage Korale waterfalls this is about the third waterfall we’ve been to but this one is by far the best and really quite, they also provided a picnic on the rocks next to waterfall really a fantastic experience. We also did a plantation tour as this place is a real tea plantation The Greenwood Estate. We were fortunate to meet the owner of the estate and his knowledge and love for his plants was extraordinary. Whilst we were there it was our 20th wedding anniversary and the laid on a special dinner for us. Food was great people great at a reasonable price.

The Tea Cottage Resort & Spa was nothing short of amazing. The setting is absolutely beautiful cozy cottages surrounded by the forest and overlooking the river, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. One of the highlights was the tea tour. Learning about the process of making tea, trying it ourselves, and then enjoying a tasting was both fun and memorable — a must-do experience for tea lovers and anyone curious about Sri Lanka’s tea culture. The staff deserve special praise. They were always warm, attentive, and eager to serve, making us feel cared for throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. Great place, very beautiful stay, a little hiccup happened when we were booking, but we spoke and everything was sorted in the end. Great views and cozy place, rice and biryani can be better

Rooms and hotel location was nice but service not expected level. Manager is friendly and he try to do best. But staff was very busy even not much guest in the restaurant. They forgot what ask from the guest and food serving way is not decent.
