The worst customer service I have ever experienced in the pharmacy . They take an unusually long time to serve customers and show no respect for their patients. They do not care about patients' privacy and seem to be concerned only about making money. The doctors are excellent, but the pharmacy provides the worst service.😡😡😡

Useless service and overpriced services with no fixed price given for general procedures! I went in for a general dental cleanup and I was forced to pay a doctor consultations fee after which the doctor decides how much for the general cleanup. They aren’t able to give rates upfront. Useless and utterly disgusting how they trick people into spending money. Managed to get a refund after a cancellation, but feel sorry for other people who falls into this trap! Stay away from this place guys!

Very very poor maintenance 😏, how many times waiting for scan, hospital maintenance token number but emergency emergency talk another guys go, so please update system, how long wait for........ '' Same government hospital maintenance, (some people workers know People no number taken, taken number peoples waiting) so same.. Please upgrade system... Here best😍 doctors and medicine 😍 And treatment 😍 but small small problem please change, after number one hospital 🥰

Venus Hospital has been our family’s trusted healthcare provider for many years, and all three of my children were born there. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience today. I paid around LKR 17,000 for a full body check-up, including an additional Vitamin D test. My blood sample was taken at 9.30 am.and I was told the reports would be ready within 1 and half hours. Despite fasting for 12 hours, I had to wait until 12.30 p.m. and was sent to the doctor without the Vitamin D report. I was then told to collect it separately from the lab, which caused another hour’s delay. By the time I received it, the doctor had already left, and I missed the consultation entirely. There is poor communication between the lab and OPD, and the staff showed little professionalism or respect towards patients. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service.

Extremely Poor Hospitality Upon inquiring about the location of the consultant room, the reception staff dismissively stated, “It’s on your bill look there.” Such a response is entirely unacceptable Every individual who visits this facility is dealing with some form of concern or discomfort. It is unreasonable to expect all patients to know where the consultant rooms are located. Offering clear and courteous guidance requires only a few words, yet this basic level of professionalism seems to be lacking. We are paying for your services, and therefore we expect and deserve respectful communication and a higher standard of service.
