Yoga Ella

A friend and I took a fantastic early morning yoga class. Our instructor was super kind and very professional. In addition to the class itself, he also provided us with information about yoga practice and tailored the class to our level. I highly recommend this experience! Thank you! 🙏🏼

100% reccommend - Authentic, informative, and really impactful! I had a yoga lesson at Yoga Ella, and it was the best I have ever had. I was in Ella during off season and was the only person to sign up - the class still went ahead as a 1:1 class. Not only was the class rooted in yoga philosophy, allowing me to learn more about its history, meaning, and teachings, but the class was tailored specifically around my own needs. I had a knee injury at the time, and he didn't just adapt positions to suit my needs but gave me exercises and advice to help me in the future. He also followed up with videos showing me the exercises we did in class, so I could continue in the future. Honestly he was amazing, his passion was channeled throughout the class and I felt like he really wanted to deliver the best results!

Great initiation to yoga, we did one session on evening and then an other the tomorrow morning at 7:00. The level depends on all participates but still approchable. Thank you for the cool moments We paid 3000lkr / person for an hour, with a little warm up, exercices, breathing and few explanations about yoga and Sri Lanka

Namal led us through a wonderfully peaceful and informative private class. He is so passionate about yoga and really tailors the session based on your abilities. I learned so much about why we do certain postures and how they can help us! He even showed us some more complex postures we can work towards in the future. Definitely recommend!!!

Very nice yoga class in Ella! Very responsive to enquiries. Easy to coordinate for classes and well organised, punctual. I was the only student that day so it felt like a private class and tailored for my needs🙏 Good hatha practice with explanation given for poses and variations. Highly recommended
