Arpico Supercentre - Panadura

Arpico Supercentre in Panadura is a genuinely fantastic one-stop-shop! The selection here is huge. Whether I'm picking up day-to-day essentials and groceries, browsing retail and electronic items, or looking for health and wellness products, I can find everything under one roof. It's always well-stocked and a reliable place to shop. Highly recommended!

Arpico Super Center is a really good place. The food corner there is one of my favorite points. However, the security guards there do not know how to properly speak and greet customers who go to Arpico. I am very worried about that. I have had a bad experience with that.

Biggest Supermarket you can find going towards Kalutara from Panadura Junction. From daily essentials to households items everything thing is available at Arpico Super Center. There are trainees and management should consider not to keep all trainees on cashier desk at once as mix of seniors should be there. Good place for your shopping rounds with discounts

We were on a long trip and I forgot my baby’s flask while she was hungry for formula. I went to Arpico Supercentre to buy one, and the staff kindly noticed I was struggling to get hot water. The manager and team were so friendly and helped me with boiled water and everything I needed. Their extra mile meant so much to me as a mother. Truly grateful for their kindness and excellent service! 💛

The supermarket stands out for its high-quality products, premium brands, and a wide variety of items. The store is clean, well-organized and making shopping convenient. However, the customer service is disappointing. Staff often seem uninterested in helping and some staff members lack basic respect when dealing with customers ,which creates an unpleasant experience . Despite the great products, the attitude of the staff significantly lowers the overall satisfaction .
