This place offers a peaceful escape from daily stress. From check-in to check out, everything was handled professionally. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, creating a very refreshing environment. The hospitality was excellent, and I felt well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely consider coming back.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and needs to be shared. At the time of booking, the owner was very polite and welcoming. Everything sounded organized and professional. However, once the advance payment was made, an additional charge was suddenly introduced, claiming it had been forgotten earlier. This is not acceptable. All costs should be clear from the beginning. Although we agreed to pay the extra amount to avoid cancelling the event, it raised serious concerns about transparency. We were clearly promised that the DJ would be allowed to play throughout the night. On the day of the event, the owner changed his position and threatened to stop the music at 11:00 PM. This created unnecessary stress and embarrassment in front of our guests. It felt as though the agreement no longer mattered once payment had been secured. The situation became worse when the owner contacted the DJ directly and warned that if any plants were damaged, he would not allow the DJ to remove his equipment. This approach was intimidating and completely unprofessional. There are proper ways to communicate venue rules. Threats are not one of them. Another major issue was the BBQ. We specifically requested that the BBQ be prepared live and visible to the guests. Instead, it was cooked inside the kitchen, out of sight. When the food was served, much of it was overcooked and burnt. This was disappointing and reflected poorly on the event as a whole. Hospitality depends on honesty, clear communication, and respectful treatment of customers. Unfortunately, this venue failed in all these areas. I strongly advise others to confirm every detail in writing and think carefully before booking this place for any important event. Small message to the owner - Please keep your aggressive attitude to yourself and treat customers with respect. Stop making up stories or false arguments

My stay here was genuinely enjoyable. The environment is relaxing and surrounded by natural beauty, which made the whole experience even better. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were neat and thoughtfully arranged. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Although the owner was not physically present, he constantly monitored us through the CCTV system and repeatedly called us over the phone. Instead of allowing guests to enjoy their stay, he questioned small matters and spoke in a controlling manner. It felt intrusive and uncomfortable. After receiving full payment, his attitude changed noticeably. During phone conversations, he spoke harshly and in a threatening tone. The way he addressed us was intimidating and completely unprofessional. It is unacceptable to speak to guests in that manner, especially during a family gathering. Customer service was poor overall. Concerns were not handled properly, and there was no genuine effort to ensure we were comfortable. The constant calls and strict instructions ruined the atmosphere. A hotel should make guests feel welcome and respected. Sadly, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this place to others.
