My wife and I attended the 630am class and it ended up being just the both of us. While the hotel vista was breathtaking , Indika and the class itself left a lot to be desired. There was little structure and no props available . If a pose was too tight or difficult to get to, no adjustments were suggested. The class had so much meditation and relaxation that our bodies felt unchallenged and overall left disappointed. Indika the instructor is very nice.

I attended the sunrise yoga session and it was really good. The only downside to the experience was that there were two wedding photoshoots happening at the same time in the garden which made concentrating and listening to the teacher a little difficult.

I came all alone with a friend and loved the fact that we had the hostel all to ourselves, and the peaceful surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Being 2 solo girls from the island itself, we felt very safe and taken care of. The hostel had all the facilities you expect and more with ample space in the room and the amenities. But above all the hospitality of the owner Indika was exceptional. He attended to all our needs without even having to ask: from picking us from the station to briefing about Ella, taking us to all the activities, dropping and picking us from our evening dinner outs. A yoga class with him is a must if you're in Ella, where he'd take you to places with out of the world views, and who can refuse a good soul cleanse in nature with a boost of energy. If you're around Ella, he's your person.

Amazing! 10/10 would recommend. The yoga class was insightful into yoga and meditation. The Asanas were challenging but doable and indika (teacher) had a great way of explaining. The location was totally engulfed in a cloud which made it just more spectacular
