Honeymoon Trip Pros: 1. Near to main road. 2. Have inside water sports activity. 3. Neat and clean property near lagoon. 4. Amit manager was good to resolve any issues which we had in starting. 5. Resturant staff is also accomodating and courteous. 6. Food was good and in budget only. Cons: 1. They don't have regular locks from inside to lock door. You have to use keys to lock it. 2. Bathroom was too old. 3. Toiletries are as good as none. Bring your own. 4. AC is not as good as suppose to be.

We had a wonderful stay at Laluna. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely accommodating — they truly went above and beyond for me and my friend. We were given a clean, spacious room with a view, and anytime we needed help, someone was immediately available. We felt completely safe, welcomed, and cared for throughout our stay. Although we only stayed one night, our flight the next day wasn’t until midnight. They kindly allowed us a late checkout at 3:30 pm and even let us remain on the property until 10 pm. They offered us towels to use their showers and even gave us bananas as snacks for our flight — truly thoughtful gestures. We also had two Ayurvedic massage treatments there, and they were absolutely amazing — the best massages we had during our entire trip in Sri Lanka. An unforgettable experience with truly exceptional hospitality. Definitely recommend!

My experience was pathetic, when I reached there and saw the room i thought my full trip will be wasteful. They saw me different property with all water issues it was hell . Finally i checked into different location with other hotel. I will just suggest if you didn’t have proper rooms pls show the images like that rather making the goggle images wonderful. Sorry but i never recommend this to my friends.

The rooms were awful; transparent bathroom doors 🚪, no Wi-Fi, fan, or TV in some. The staff was rude, and the pool water was never changed 🤢. It seemed like an unfinished building. The scenic river location 🏞️ and water sports are its only acceptable aspects. Avoid this place; Bentota has better options! 👎

The property is huge and very peaceful. Breakfast was good with decent variety. The swimming pool and water activities are very convenient and enjoyable. The views from the property are beautiful and truly relaxing. Considering the price range, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. They also offer massage and Ayurveda packages, which is a great additional benefit. Highly recommended—especially for couples and families looking for a calm and scenic stay.
