Had a fantastic first experience at Quintessential Beauty Lounge! I was referred to this spot by a family member and was delighted at the experience both myself and my mother were able to share. I went in for a full arm wax and pedicure. My technician, Shiloh, was attentive and caring as it was my first time undergoing a wax. I was able to meet the owner Nikki, who took time to help me pick out the perfect colour. The pedicure was exactly what I was looking for! Overall, the ambience of this salon is unmatched and we left feeling very pleased with our experience. I am excited to come again next time I am in SL!

Kaya took such great care in fixing the damage and completely transformed my nails. They look clean, healthy, and absolutely beautiful again. ⭐ Updated Review I recently got my gel color done here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the service. However, I was a bit disappointed that my gel color started peeling just a day later. While I did use that hand in water, I didn’t expect it to peel off so quickly, and it began coming off in different spots. At the previous place I went to, the gel color lasted almost a month, so I was hoping for similar durability. After sharing my feedback, the owner, Nikki, personally reached out and kindly offered me a complimentary gel manicure to fix my nails. She was absolutely friendly, professional, and accommodating. My new nails look fresh and flawless just like the day they were done. I absolutely love the service and really appreciate the way they handled my concern. Highly recommend this place for their excellent customer care and dedication to keeping clients happy! 💅✨
