I recently had a Shiras therapy session here, and it was such a relaxing and soothing experience. Before the treatment, there was a doctor consultation, and she recommended the oils and additional treatments that were most suitable for me personally. The session included a neck, shoulder, and head massage, and it was exactly what I needed. Since I work in the IT field, I spend long hours sitting at a desk and leaning toward a computer, so this treatment felt especially helpful. I also work out regularly now, so the overall therapy was great for relieving tension in my body. The whole experience was very calming, refreshing, and well handled. On top of that, I also received a complimentary scented candle, which I absolutely loved. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment.
