The housekeeping team deserves immense praise for their attention to detail, ensuring fresh linens, crisp towels, and a pristine environment to return to after a long day of sightseeing under the northern sun.Food at Jetwing Jaffna is a spectacular highlight that deserves its own accolade. The onsite restaurant serves an incredible array of authentic northern delicacies. We were treated to the legendary, fiery Jaffna crab curry, which was packed with robust, aromatic spices and cooked to perfection. The breakfast spread offered a delightful mix of traditional hidden gems like soft idlis, crispy dosas, and local sambols alongside western favorites. Every meal felt like a genuine celebration of local culinary traditions.What truly elevates this hotel, however, is its exceptional hospitality. The staff embody the gentle, respectful, and deeply welcoming nature of the Jaffna people. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, offering great local travel tips and greeting us with genuine smiles at every turn. Their passion for their hometown shone through in their service. Jetwing Jaffna is not just a place to sleep; it is a cultural experience that honors the soul of the North. We stayed two nights at Jetwing Jaffna and it was truly an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bar also had a stunning outlook over the city. What really elevated this stay to a 5-star experience, however, was the restaurant manager, Kogalan. He was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and professional, and his team was equally exceptional. The meals were excellent, but it was the warmth, friendliness, and outstanding service from Kogalan and his team that made our stay so memorable. A good hotel stay can be forgotten, but genuine hospitality is remembered — and that is exactly what you all provided. Thank you for making our time in Jaffna so special. P.S. Nice and easy hotel. rooms are clean and beds comfy. Only had one night here but was about to try the breakfast buffet and inroom dining both of which were great. value for money also very good. special thanks to the late night staff who let me check in early. thanks

Had a lovely three nights at this hotel. Service was impeccable all the staff are very friendly and Shiraz runs a restaurant of impeccable quality. Roof top bar with generous happy hour was a great way to wind down. Just wish it had a pool!
